Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Flex Office Flensburg: Refers to the flexible office space and associated services offered by Black Sheep Trading GmbH.
Member: Any individual or entity that enters into an agreement with Flex Office Flensburg to use the office space and/or services.
Agreement: The contract between Flex Office Flensburg and the Member outlining the terms of use for the office space and/or services.
Office Space: The physical workspace provided by Flex Office Flensburg, including desks, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
Services: Additional offerings by Flex Office Flensburg such as internet access, printing, and event space rental.

2. Membership

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals and entities that meet the requirements outlined in the Agreement.
Application: Prospective Members must complete an application form and provide all requested information.
Approval: Flex Office Flensburg reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.
Membership Types: Flex Office Flensburg may offer various membership types with different levels of access and benefits.

3. Fees and Payment

Membership Fees: Members are responsible for paying the applicable membership fees as outlined in the Agreement.
Additional Charges: Members may incur additional charges for services used beyond their membership package.
Payment Terms: Membership fees and additional charges are due in accordance with the payment terms specified in the Agreement.
Late Payment: Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of membership privileges.

4. Use of Office Space and Services

Member's Rights: Members have the right to use the office space and services in accordance with the terms of their membership.
Restrictions: Members must adhere to any rules and regulations governing the use of the office space and services.
Reservation: Members may need to reserve specific areas or resources in advance, depending on the membership type.
Liability: Members are responsible for their own actions and any damages caused to the office space or property of others.

5. Termination

Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice as specified in the Agreement.
Termination by Flex Office Flensburg: Flex Office Flensburg may terminate a membership for breach of the Agreement or other justifiable reasons.

6. Liability and Indemnity

Limited Liability: Flex Office Flensburg's liability for any damages or losses incurred by Members is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold Flex Office Flensburg harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the office space and services.

7. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Flensburg.

8. Amendments

Right to Modify: Flex Office Flensburg reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Notification: Members will be notified of any material changes to the Terms and Conditions.

By using the services of Flex Office Flensburg, Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
